Is it safe to wear wrestling shoes for badminton? Like instead of badminton shoes? I'm a high school athlete I have been done with wrestling season last week. Now im going to be playing badminton this week. I was wondering if I should use my wrestling shoes. (Wrestling Shoes Asics Matflex 2 Black/White/Silver) and whether its safe. Essentially — You probably could but wrestling shoes might not provide adequate cushioning for badminton or grip. Proper badminton shoes have rubber soles designed for indoor timber courts and provide traction for a range of badminton movements.
